Tennessee's largest WMA (~205,000 acres across five counties) with 600+ miles of designated OHV trails; Tackett Creek riding is the Ed Carter Unit of this same area, not a separate park. One permit covers one vehicle with at least one permitted adult; helmet required under 18, 25 mph limit, 86 dB noise cap, blaze orange during big-game seasons. Camping allowed area-wide. Pin is the TWRA-published Royal Blue Unit access at Titus Hollow Rd.
